Committed in r92417 with these changes:

• Enclose variant descriptions in { }
• Be more specific in mysql5 and postgres variant descriptions to indicate the database version. The mysql5 port is going away, to be replaced by mysql51 and mysql55 ports, and there are already ports for many different versions of postgresql (and the postgresql80 version the postgres variant currently uses is very old), so these variants will probably soon need adjusting.
• Rewrite master_sites to avoid redirects thanks to SourceForge's file area reorganization
• Use notes instead of a post-install ui_msg
• Changed the name of the sample conf file from dspam.sample to dspam.conf.sample to better match what we do in other ports
