Python 3 versions for py27-pandas; change statsmodels dependency?

Could you please add python 3 versions for pandas?

Pandas and I believe all it's dependencies do support python 3 now:

(Matplotlib doesn't, but it is an optional dependency)

Please also see ticket #34243: statsmodels now depends on pandas, which I believe will lead to a circular dependency if the pandas port doesn't change it's dependency on statsmodels (to become a variant?)
