Cannot download installer

Description
The server keeps rejecting the download requests. Please help.
Safari reports: Safari can't connect to the server.
Chrome reports: This webpage is not available. Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): The server refused the connection.

This is now fixed. In the future, just report issues like this to the macports-users mailing list.

Found the installer hosted somewhere else: http://de.sourceforge.jp/projects/sfnet_macports/releases/
The checksum (md5, sha1) are the same.
Since the web is currently unavailable, I use the cache provide by Google:
