libusb-devel: fetch fails: Couldn't resolve host 'git.libusb.org'

Description

When running sudo port install libusb-devel +universal I get the error:

Target org.macports.fetch returned: Git clone failed

I see in other tickets this is supposed to have been fixed. I have run the command:

sudo port selfupdate but am still getting the error.

Yes, the site seems down, despite a recent release on sourceforge.

I'm migrating libusb-devel to the new, fresh 1.0.9 release. See #34338
