py-ipython: Update to 0.12.1

ipython 0.12.1 was released in April and fixes a number of bugs including some quite annoying ones. Please include it in macports.

While upgrading this was printed on my screen:

--->  Activating py27-ipython @0.12.1_0+notebook+parallel+pyside+scientific

To make the Python 2.7 version of IPython the one that is run when you execute the commands without a version suffix, e.g. 'ipython', run:

port select --set ipython ipython27

Now if I execute this command I get this error:

$ sudo port select --set ipython ipython27
Selecting 'ipython27' for 'ipython' failed: could not create new link "/opt/local/share/man/man1/ipcluster.1.gz": target "/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/share/man/man1/ipcluster.1.gz" doesn't exist

The ipython update to 0.12.1 was implemented in r94111, and #34845 appears to be tracking the port select --set ipython issue, so it looks all right to close this ticket.
