Description
KDE cannot be updated until an upstream configure error in kdelibs is fixed. It is not acceptable to revbump in the event of a potentially different patch being accepted.
KDE should be held at 4.8.3 until this is officially patched upstream.

I went through the update of the KDE ports (see diffs). The bug mentioned for kdelibs4 appears indeed to be solved in 4.8.5, provided that the variable KDE4_ENABLE_FINAL is activated.
While being at it, the docs variants available in the kde4 group has been enforced in most language packages.
This update does not seem however to solve the issue of ticket #35210, so that kdepim4-runtime and kdepim4 are left out of the updated packages for now.

Metaports: kdebindings4, kdeedu4, kdegraphics4, kdeutils4 and their dependents
The upstream bug says it has been fixed in 4.8.5. Can the ports now be updated? This would also fix #35321.
