boost upgrade 1.49.0_0 to 1.50.0_0 fails to build

Upgrading Boost from 1.49.0_0 to 1.50.0_0 fails to build - Shell output:

--->  Building boost
Error: org.macports.build for port boost returned: command execution failed
Please see the log file for port boost for details:
    /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_devel_boost/boost/main.log
Error: Unable to upgrade port: 1

The full log file is attached. This is rather lengthy but the key problem seems to be multiple occurrences of: 'Undefined symbol: "___sync_fetch_and_add_4"'

The system I am using is:
System: MacBookPro1,1 (Processor: Intel Core Duo (32-bit mode only)
OS: MacosX 10.6.8
XCode: Version 3.2.6

The log you attached is incomplete. Please "sudo port clean boost" and try again, and if it fails again, attach the new log. Since it will be large, you should compress it before attaching it.

Done as requested - the full & compressed version of the log has been attached. Apologies for not getting it right first time. The original incomplete & uncompressed version of the log can now be deleted
