Committed in r95778 with these changes:
- made the modeline a single line long, as shown in the Guide
- adjusted whitespace / formatting
- removed revision line (0 is the default)
- reused ${homepage} variable in master_sites
- changed tinycdb to depends_build because it does not provide a shared library so I assume it's only needed at build time
- ensured we're UsingTheRightCompiler
- ensured we're using the right -arch flag(s)
- added universal variant
- installed documentation files
- fixed livecheck
