valgrind-devel not building on mountain lion

Description
The current version of valgrind-devel doesn't support mountain lion:

Work has begun on fixing this issue, and some patches have been merged to get it running with some flaws, maybe something that might make sense to upgrade the -devel port to:

Updated valgrind-devel in r96324.
As I do not run Mountain Lion yet, please report back if this compiles and works as expected (with the known limitations listed in the upstream bug report).
