xorg-liblbxutil, xorg-liboldX have broken files but cannot rebuild because the ports don't exist anymore

When I try to upgrade or install, the system keeps spinning on this error.

$ sudo port install git-core

These ports were deleted from MacPorts three years ago in r55482. Please simply uninstall them.
