can not view my own reports

Description
Since I have cahnged my email address to estellnb@… I can not view any of my old tickets any more. Would it be possible to change the email address estellnb@… in all reports to estellnb@…? I do not want my old address to be used any more since I do not use or query it any more. Attempts to contact me this way would fail.
