Can you please do a sudo port clean boost ; sudo port sync ; sudo port upgrade boost to see if the problem goes away?

From the error attached, the binary archive of boost seems to be corrupted for you, and this is a problem with the macports build system. I suspect that the file on macports is okay and it somehow just got corrupted for you.
