jikesrvm fails to install, depends on jikes

In the log:

:info:build make[1]: /usr/bin/jikes: Command not found

:info:build make: * [all-recursive] Error 1

Explicitly installing jikes doesn't work either, because it ends up in /usr/local/bin instead of /usr/bin which the jikesrvm build script apparently mandates.
