lftp on 10.4 - 100% cpu on internal readline

Description

As reported on the lftp mailing lists, lftp uses 100% cpu when running. The fix, as well as the problem (basically Tiger's poll function is not working properly) is listed in:

Setting poll_works=no in configure fixes this. Since it was already being emulated in 10.3, it shouldn't cause breakage there.

I've committed a patch to fix this on Tiger.

Can you please test this for me? Sorry it took me so long.
