rb-xslt fails with gcc 4.0 on Tiger

When running with gcc 4.0 on 10.4.2, I get the following error:

extconf failure: need libm

[if I gcc_select 3.3, it builds fine]

This is actually a problem in mkmf.rb. Please try again with ruby 1.8.2_5
