vtk-devel: replace by vtk5

Can the vtk-devel port be marked replaced_by vtk5? It appears to be much older than the vtk5 port; it hasn't been updated to a new version in over 4 years (since r58809) whereas vtk5 was updated to the latest available version of vtk5 one year ago (in r99218).

Any news on this? Is the maintainer still active?

The only thing I see is that the vtk-devel port has some extra variants. Are any of these interesting? Are they working properly? Should we try to port some of these to the vtk5 port? At least the +mpi mibht be interesting but may require some work. And there is ticket #35402, requesting Java bindings for vtk5 which is +java in vtk-devel`.

Also (but somewhat OT): I'd say the +python2. variants would be better implemented as py2. subports. But I guess, this should go into a separate ticket.
