gromacs and gromacs-double version and gcc upgrades

Description
The gromacs and gromacs-double ports have no maintainer and could use updating. The latest version of gromacs is 4.6.4 (see: http://www.gromacs.org/Downloads ) and the port itself should default to using gcc48 instead of gcc47. Thanks to anyone who can commit this.

In the mean time, the gromacs port has been updated again, and the gromacs-double port has been changed to a +double variant in the gromacs port.

Updated gromacs to 4.5.6 in r113583 and added gcc48 variant and made it the default.
4.5.7 would not configure, and 4.6.x require restructuring the port to use cmake.
