The log you attached is incomplete. Usually we would ask you to ​clean and try again. However I suspect the new log would still say: 

fatal error: stdio.h: No such file or directory

Does the file /usr/include/stdio.h in fact exist or not? If not, have you installed the Xcode command line tools? If not, please do, by running xcode-select --install.
