qt4_mac doesn't exist. — at Initial Version

Description
I tried to install libpcl, and get the error as below.
---> Computing dependencies for libpcl ---> Fetching archive for libpcl Error: org.macports.archivefetch for port libpcl returned: vtk5 must be installed with +qt4_mac. Please see the log file for port libpcl for details:
/opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_gis_libpcl/libpcl/main.log

Error: Processing of port libpcl failed
As qt4_mac doesn't exist, please replace it with qt4-mac.
