libxls @1.4.0 conflicts with catdoc @0.94.2

Description

They both try to install an executable named xls2csv: 

x ./opt/local/include/libxls/xlstool.h
x ./opt/local/include/libxls/._xlstypes.h
x ./opt/local/include/libxls/xlstypes.h
x ./opt/local/bin/xls2csv
Error: org.macports.activate for port libxls returned: Image error: /opt/local/bin/xls2csv is being used by the active catdoc port.  Please deactivate this port first, or use 'port -f activate libxls' to force the activation.

Considering that the two executables serve the same purpose, the most logical seems to mark the conflict, but catdoc is subject to maintainer timeout.

Maintainer timeout, committed in r118080. Making the two ports conflict each other.
