Please remember to use WikiFormatting, to fill in the Port field, and to Cc the maintainer of the port.

The file does exist on ​http://dbus.freedesktop.org/releases/dbus but according to your log, that server is responding too slowly. Perhaps there is network congestion or a network problem between you and that server. Maybe it will work better later.

The reason why it's not on any other servers may be #43180.
