Attached is the Portfile + patch for easy-rsa (https://github.com/OpenVPN/easy-rsa) CLI tool for CA management.

Thanks. Some observations:
- Since this project is hosted at github, please use the github portgroup; it should simplify the portfile.
- Instead of "configure {}", use "use_configure no".

Aha, github portgroup (it is not in the manual yet). Updated Portfile attached.
