What does the config.log say?

Common reasons for errors like this would be that you didn't install the Xcode command line tools (run "xcode-select --install" to install them), or that you didn't agree to the Xcode license agreement (run "sudo xcodebuild -license" to do that).

    11I tried installing kile on my Macbook pro Mac os x 10.9.4. I downloaded Macports, installed Xcode and wrote the command:
