    11Changed framework to a subport. Manpages variant works with non-framework install only.

     3Edit: The patch doesn't work when called as a lib-dependency from another port. It attempts to install both the port and subport. Since there doesn't appear to be any documention for writing subports, I'll submitt a fix once I figured it out.
