portindex does not respond to Control-C

Description

Technically, portindex when run via port sync doesn’t:

% port -d sync

And it’s still just sitting there. If it’s ignoring signals until it finishes, that’s fine, but it should at least give some indication that that is what’s happening. Right now it just looks like it’s hanging.
