Description 

Error: Failed to activate tcllib: Image error: /opt/local/share/man/mann/container.n.gz is being used by the active blt port.  Please deactivate this port first, or use 'port -f activate tcllib' to force the activation.

I believe markd is no longer maintaining any ports

The ports could be marked as conflicting with one another.

I believe markd is no longer maintaining any ports

Looks that way according to #44782.
