In the future, please use WikiFormatting and Cc the port maintainers (port info --maintainers mysql-proxy). The Milestone field is for use by Macports team members only, please do not set it. Also, please attach the complete main.log file instead of pasting it into the description unformatted. I have done this for you.

In 156acd8e0b698d00e27edcd4acb1a00b8eea05eb/macports-ports (master):

mysql-proxy: delete port

Current port does not build; an effort to update to 0.8.5 was
unsuccessful.

Upstream development ceased in 2014, and this software was
considered "alpha" and "not recommended for production use".

Possible alternatives (not in MacPorts) include MySQL Router
and ProxySQL.
