id3v2 @0.1.12_1 wrong man page parsing

Description

The man page of id3v2 shows literal control characters as in 

[1mSYNOPSIS[0m
       [1mid3v2 [22m[ [4mOPTION[24m ] [ [4mFILE[24m ]

This happens during the nroff conversion 

nroff -man id3v2.1 > […]

at Makefile:17 .

Please have a look at the correct formatting options for man page.

Please do not set arbitrary keywords, there is a defined ​set as far as I know.

We're not responsible for the content of manpages the various ports install. You should report this problem to the developers of id3v2 so they can fix it: ​https://sourceforge.net/p/id3v2/bugs/
