Summary: netpbm build failure/linker error with +universal on Yosemite 10.10 → netpbm +universal fails when non-universal netpbm is already installed

As a workaround, deactivate the existing non-universal copy of netpbm ("sudo port -f deactivate netpbm") before installing the universal version.

As a workaround, deactivate the existing non-universal copy of netpbm ("sudo port -f deactivate netpbm") before installing the universal version.

This is now enforced as of r130434, since it was an issue for non-universal upgrades as well.

Now that libnetpbm is in a separate port from netpbm, manually deactivating the previously installed netpbm is no longer necessary. Upgrades now work normally.
