daq @2.0.4: fetch fails

I tried installing snort only too find the dependence daq 2.0.4 fails, have full log

sudo port install daq

Per your log, there was an error interpreting the encryption of the Snort web server:

:debug:fetch Fetching distfile failed: error:14077410:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3 alert handshake failure

Our buildbot builders had this problem too, as did I on a secondary machine running an older version of OS X, but I did not see the problem on the Yosemite machine where I did the update.

Could you report this problem to the administrators of Snort's web server so that they can fix it?

The 2.0.6 should work
