Description

Hi,

While trying to run 'sudo port install octave +atlas +gcc48' I discovered qrupdate fails to build. It seems there are missing syms in the x86_64 arch.

I am running Mac OS X 10.10

I get exactly the same error on a clean install.

sudo port install octave +gui

(I also had to manually install ghostscript-fonts-other-6.0.tar.gz but that's a different problem).

OSX 10.10.2, MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014)

fresh install of osx 10.8.5, macports, then after octave failed to install, qrupdate +atlas+gcc49 fails in the exact same way as OP, mainlog attached.
