pds-tools-4.3

Portfile and patches attached.

NASA Planetary Data Analysis toolkit. The project's makefiles are a mess, install is done entirely manually. Someone who really knows what they're doing should look over this before committing it.

is there a possibility to get a versioned tarball? As said many times before: non-md5 checksumed distfiles will not get mirrored currently. Please don't use them right now.
