update lighttpd source versions

Description
If possible, please update the portfile for port lighttpd to reflect new source versions. The development source is currently at 1.4.3. The stable source is currently at 1.3.16. In darwinports, the only version available is 1.3.14
Just FYI, the 1.4.3 release doesn't install OOTB on mac os x 10.3. There are two other bugs with submitted patches to make newer versions work on mac os x. I submitted this bug because the newer versions also need to be updated for freebsd et al.

Also, I can't seem to find lighttpd in the web port search for some reason. A search for port lighttpd returns nothing and it's not listed in the www category. It does show up when I do a CLI search of my rsync portfiles, though.
