What is the GNU license? Do you mean GPL? If so, which version?

CIVL is open source software distributed under the GNU General Public License.

So then please figure out which version of the GPL and correct the license line on your Portfile. For example, for GPL version 3 it would be: 

license GPL-3

For version 3 or greater it would be: 

license GPL-3+

Thanks. Based on Civl License, the version of GPL is 3 and above.
