nuweb: update to 1.58

Description
In trying to use nuweb I noticed that the version available via MacPorts is not in sync with the latest documentation for that tool.
The nuweb port was last last updated about seven years ago from sources which seem to have predated that by several years. This patch incorporates the latest sources from the nuweb project sourceforge page.
I've never submitted a ports patch before so please let me know if any of these patches need to be resubmitted for whatever reason.

You've changed the version field, but not the checksums field. Surely the new file has different checksums than the old file did.
What is the purpose of attachment:nuweb.patch? The portfile does not appear to reference it.

What needs to get check summed? The file nuweb.patch is a diff of the source folder, comparing the old and new versions. What is the proper way to reference this from the portfile? I didn't see this documented anywhere? I am more than happy to do whatever it takes to get this working if you could fill in these details.
