Description

Pari can no longer be installed as the 2.2.9 archive no longer exists. I'm going to attach an update. In addition to the updated version, I had to add a patch to take into account the real include path for readline, as Pari's configure system doesn't take into account CPPFLAGS and similar flags (otherwise, on Mac OS X Tiger, Pari finds information on the Mac OS X readline.h file, which is not the same as the DP readline.h one, and the build fails).

Can someone with commit priveleges please commit this? I'm the maintainer of the port and I've checked that this patch works, but I don't have commit priveleges.
