Hi.
I tried to install gnumeric on a clean and up to date darwinports install on OS X 10.4 with 'sudo port install gnumeric'
It built as far as (IIRC) gnome-vfs, where it fails because it can't find gconf. I did 'sudo port install gconf' and reran 'sudo port install gnumeric' and it installed fine.
Suspect there's a dependency missing.
