6387	Xcb port busted (with fix)	mcg30761@…	macports-tickets@lists.macosforge.org	"With gcc4, the argument order to cpp is no longer as flexible as it once was. 
This causes the Imakefile to invoke cpp in a way that generates an empty Xcb
app-defaults file.

The fix is to correct the errant call to $(CPP) in the Imakefile.  To do that
requires the addition of a files/patch-Imakefile and a change to the Portfile. 
Those changes are included.

Someone will need to commit these changes for me.
