Description
When using +smtp to compile built-in support for a simple SMTP client, smtp.c/.o are not included at several places in Makefile.am and smtp.c is finally not compiled, leading to linking errors.
Sorry for not including a patch this time but the autoconf/automake mess is too difficult for me to grok.

This bug can be closed as fixed, mutt-devel variant +smtp builds fine now.

ok this is an issue i know how to fix, but i've just forgotten how right now.
