please upgrade ImageMagick to 6.2.4 so that "cpan Image::Magick" works

Description
DarwinPorts has ImageMagick 6.2.0. CPAN has Image::Magick 6.2.4. They do not get along.
It took me a while to figure out what the problems was, but basically, to get Image::Magick working with the ImageMagick that comes with DarwinPorts, you have to track down the (increasingly hard to find) PerlMagick-6.20.tar.gz and built it manually.
6.2.4 has been out for a long time (more than a year, I think) so it'd be nice to have these in sync.

ImageMagick has been some form of 6.2.4 (currently at 6.2.4-6, <http://cvs.opendarwin.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/dports/graphics/ImageMagick/Portfile>) since Sept. 2005, so I think you need to do a 'port sync' on your system.
