netperf port hangs fetching from ftp.cup.hp.com

Description
Running "sudo port install netperf" it hangs while fetching it from ftp.cup.hp.com. If I change the URL in the port file to:
ftp://ftp.netperf.org/netperf/archive
it fetches and builds fine.
Incidentally, version 2.4.1 is out so this port is out-of-date as well.

fixed, I updated the master_sites uri.
Currently, it's still version 2.2pl5, I will update to 2.4.1 later.
