Glen Whitney is an occasional contributor to MacPorts. His day jobs include part-time IT work for a hedge fund and for a not-for-profit organization in Manhattan supporting basic research on autism.

His current primary goals within the MacPorts world are creating ports which will allow the compilation of GnuCash using the native Quartz version of GTK, i.e. independent of X11. He tries to fix any other issues with MacPorts that come up along the way.
