misc: Change port:openssl dependency to path:lib/libssl.dylib:openssl

This should allow usage of libressl as a replacement for openssl in relevant
ports. Not all ports have been tested, but libressl aims for API
compatibility with OpenSSL, so it is expected to work.

12        EPIC5 is the new development branch of EPIC, which is a \
13        new direction in ircII development. No longer is EPIC 100% \
14        backwards compatable with ircII, but instead we have chosen \
15        to find those things where compatability is undesirable, \
16        and fix them. No gratuitous incompatabilities have been \
17        added, but lots of new code has been added to make EPIC the \
18        best ircII client we could make.
