misc: Change port:openssl dependency to path:lib/libssl.dylib:openssl

This should allow usage of libressl as a replacement for openssl in relevant
ports. Not all ports have been tested, but libressl aims for API
compatibility with OpenSSL, so it is expected to work.

14        Csup is a rewrite of CVSup in C. \
15        CVSup(R) is a software for distributing and updating collections of files \
16        accross a network. It can efficiently and accurately mirror all types of \
17        files, including sources, binaries, hard links, symbolic links, and even \
18        device nodes. In addition to being a great general-purpose mirroring tool, \
19        CVSup includes special features and optimizations specifically tailored to \
20        CVS repositories. It is being used as the preferred way to update sources \
21        within the FreeBSD, NetBSD and OpenBSD projects and more.
