22long_description    PatchReader is a set of utilities for reading in, \
23                    transforming, and doing various other things with a \
24                    patch.  It basically allows you to create a chain of \
25                    readers that can read a patch, remove files from a \
26                    patch, add CVS context, fix up the patch root \
27                    according to CVS, and output the patch as raw \
