Set the svn:keywords property to 'Id' for all Portfile's. This
re-enables the Id keyword substitution that was present in the CVS
repository.

11        APSW provides an SQLite 3 wrapper that provides the thinnest layer \
12        over SQLite 3 possible.  Everything you can do from the C API to \
13        SQLite 3, you can do from Python.  Although APSW looks vaguely \

15        works the way SQLite 3 does.
