10long_description        Here is an Regexp engine written entirely in Ruby. \
11                                        It allows you to search in text with advanced search \
12                                        patterns.  It supports Perl5 syntax... plus some \
13                                        perl6 syntax (more to come in the future). Its \
14                                        fairly compatible with Ruby's native regexp engine \
15                                        (GNU), and when running against the Rubicon \
16                                        testsuite, it passes 96.025% out of 1560 total \
17                                        tests. \
18                                        The implementation is simple, yet without any \
19                                        optimizations.  Therefore speed is slow.. At some \
20                                        point when optimizations are in place, I plan to do \
21                                        a re-implementation in C++.  Because of the \
22                                        simplicity, the code should be easy to grasp and \
23                                        extend with your own custom code.
