Message:

Things like $sysconfdir are usually written in terms of ${prefix}
so that the user can override prefix=/foo at build time. However, we
support DESTDIR for this, and for cases where we substitute paths
into tcl, we really want the fully resolved path.

Now we support arbitrary /opt/foo/etc by substituting into darwinports.tcl
