Add a template launchd plist to run the PortIndex2MySQL job (updating the ports.php page) on an automated basis, twice a day right after the index is regen'd. Thanks to Anders and 'Axman6' on IRC for the extensive help (even though we couldn't figure some stuff out ;-).
