Fixes bug #2347 (symlinks in dirname are deleted during deactivation, typically
deactivating /etc/foo/bar will delete /etc) by adding a compat command.
Indeed, file normalize doesn't work with 10.3's tcl.
At some point, we could add hard linking to compat command for 10.2
compatibility.
